Bookings and payments

The booking of the house can be made online through the website, by email, by Whatsapp or by phone.
The client will make a payment of €250 to make the reservation, which will remain as a deposit DEPOSIT (FIANZA)and will be returned upon verification that the house is left in perfect conditions. This deposit is not a part of the booking price of the house, and it will be refunded within 7 days after checkout..
The deposit DEPOSIT (FIANZA) will cover possible damages. Also the general condition in which the accommodation is left will be considered. Therefore, we ask guests that when they leave the accommodation, they leave it in a certain order and meet a minimum of cleanliness.
An inventory of the house belongings and furniture will be delivered at the entrance and upon departure. Once it has been reviewed, the depsit will be returned. DEPOSIT (FIANZA)
Payment for the booking can be made by bank transfer or Bizum at the time of booking and it will not be supposed as confirmed any phone request o written request (whatsapp, web or email) without deposit
Payment for the DEPOSIT (FIANZA) can be made by transfer or bizum within 48 hours after confirmation of the booking. In other case, the date will be free again.
Payment for the house can be made by transfer or bizum 5 days before the entry date.

Cancellations

The client may cancel the booking taking into account that the refund will be:

100% of the reservation/deposit if the client cancels at least 30 days before the arrival date.
If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the reservation start date, the deposit amount will not be returned.
If the guest does not show up on the reserved date, the deposit amount will not be returned.

Checkin and checkout

The checkin to the house will be from 5 p.m.
Guests may stay until 4:00 p.m. on the day of departure, except if there is a new reservation that same day, in which case they must leave the accommodation no later than 12:00.

Internal Rules

Upon arrival the guests will be given the INTERNAL RULES, and an inventory of household belongings and furniture, and explanations will be given about the correct use of the facilities. Guests must sign as read these INTERNAL REGIME RULES.
The facilities are from EXCLUSIVE USE of the guests, if it is detected that the number of people staying does not match the number of people registered, it will be a reason for sanctions.
All guests must provide their ID for the registration of the Travelers Report with the Civil Guard.
Accommodation, furniture and belongings must be kept in the same conditions in which they are received.
The rules of coexistence must be respected regarding noise, disturbances or lack of respect for neighbors, since once the house has been rented, those responsible for possible disturbances are the people who have rented the house.
We do not accept parties or bachelor/ette parties. (Therefore, the use of confetti is prohibited throughout the house).
Minors must always be accompanied by an adult responsible for all the facilities of the house. We ask special attention in areas such as the pool, barbecue, stairs. The property is exempt from liability for accidents caused by improper use thereof.
The use of any bed or bath linen for purposes other than those established for its use is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed inside or outside the accommodation. If this warning is ignored, the property reserves the right to ask guests to leave the accommodation immediately and without any compensation.
The owner is not responsible for lost/forgotten objects. If this is the case, we will have no problem sending it to the owner.
Smoking is completely PROHIBITED inside the house and in the pool. If there is any indication of smoking, the property reserves the right to sanction by not returning the deposit or part of it, money that will be used for deep cleaning and elimination of odors. We appeal to your responsibility, future guests will appreciate it just like you.
It is not allowed to play ball in the yard because this can cause deterioration of the grass or breakage of objects. We have padel, basketball and fronton courts for public use in the town.

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a financial penalty or eviction from the facility without the right to a refund of the amount paid and the deposit.

Right of admission and data protection

The establishment has reserved the right of admission.

Personal data will be incorporated into a personal file, whose purpose is the best functioning of the accommodation service. At any time the guest may exercise their rights of access, rectification or cancellation in relation to said data, by directing their request to:
